Our Packaging ProcessReceiving your model in the condition it was intended is of great importance to Modelenium. Any kind of package in transit is susceptible to damage, which is why we take this into account during the packaging process, and great time and care is taken in packing your model.
We always make sure that each box is slightly larger than the model. In doing this it allows for packaging chips and reinforced corners to be inserted. This way if the package is accidentally dropped the model and its presentation box will remain undamaged.
Modelplanes.nl uses all kinds of transporter companies for delivery services. When models have left the Modelplanes.nl warehouse we cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. We will always provide you with the final shipping costs one your order is in our warehouse.
Returns
If in any way the product you ordered does not meet your needs, you have the possibility to return the item to us. Always contact us before you return items to us so we can give you full instructions how to send it back to us.
